I have completed putting my shots into the photo gallery so please check it out. Peg has some photos I need to get off her IPhone and I hope to do that shortly. Her shots include the interior of the boat so please keep an eye out for those.

Day 9 it comes to an end
We woke early to get the boat home by 9 AM. Sunrise was beautiful, and the water was glass. After returning the boat we went to Montezuma Refuge and did some bird watching (and plant ID of course). I finally got time to process photos so they will be posted very soon. My future posts…

Days 7 and 8
Day 7 we traveled from Macedon to Lyons. A beautiful, but hot day (temps over 80), sunny and otherwise quiet. We started to think about lessons learned, as well as planning for ’26 and the UK. We need to bring binoculars (bird watching would have been easier), we liked our boat but AC would be…

Muses – Facts and stuff
I am going to start this post off explaining what this trip meant – the why if you will. I like to trek and I feel very comfortable in fresh water. I wanted a challenge so I looked at the ICW. Of course a salt water trip added the challenge of, the corrosiveness of salt…

I don’t want to fight or sit out the weather
I finally got to the internet and got to post all my pictures, and that took hours of work. I can’t imagine how the youtubers can do this. It was fun reliving the time spent; I met many new people and made new friends. I hope you get over and see those shots (click on…
