Maple flavored Jerky (2 lbs in total 4 trays).
Teriyaki Beef Jerky (1 lb in total 2 trays).
top R – L nut butters, rice, dashi powdered soup. bottom R – L foil packaged tuna, chicken, three types of noodles (rice, buck wheat, wheat). These are some of the packaged foods I will bring.
Beef Jerky headed for the dryer. See you in 4 – 6 hours.
top row R – L Cherries, Strawberries, Apples. middle row R – L Cranberries, Blueberries, Peppers. Bottom Oranges These are some of the fruits and veggies I dried and will package to bring.
GORP – or trail mix I make each trip. Cranberries, blueberries, cherries, yogurt and chocolate covered cranberries, peanuts (unsalted and honey roasted), cashews (lightly salted and honey roasted), and of course M&M’s. Great energy foods with some protein (from the nuts)

  2. Nice photos of your journey Doug! You did a great job. 168 miles is a looong way in a kayak. Trust me, I know as we kayak some too.
