Day 9 was an energy sapping day. Winds were supposed to be under 10 mph but were more like 10 plus out of the north. Battled that all day and stayed close to the shore. So I get 20 miles on the ICW, but must likely paddled closer to 30. Got to my destination after hours (a marina), set up camp and took a shower!!!! Had a nice Cuban sandwich with fries and a lemonade for dinner. All that made me a new person. I did see a small pod of Dolphins (at least three different dorsal fins). Other than that there was a multitude of bird life about. It was a hard day but another good day. Sorry the pics will have to wait til I can get power and internet.
