ON the water again! Whoot! Whoot!

So Thursday at 1:33am SpaceX had a launch.  I’ll post the video when I am near power and possibly WiFi. Anyway, I was up, the group had dispersed and there was NO wind. I packed up, dilligently not quickly and got on the water @ 5am. It was a 21 mile day. A light head wind greated me at dawn and the tide was against me. I made it to Cape Canaveral national seashore by 3ish. Set camp @ site 13 had dinner and slept like the dead in my hammock.

I got up late this morn and out by 11am. Stopped in Oak Hill for lunch and continued about 10 or so miles. Those 10 miles were great. Wind change to be pushing me and the tide was with me too. The size of the water changed also, much narrower which is good. There are alot of boaters out too, but much of the area is no wake zones.

My injured wrist is doing very well, as long as I don’t use it paddling. No swelling or pain, in fact the only time it hurts is loading and unloading the kayak.

As stated I’ll post more pics when I can but here are a few. Check out the Tracking map to see my progress now that I am making some.

Thanks for following.
